forcisos.com provides an online professional education and credentialing platform for cybersecurity leaders. Our services include: • Self-paced and cohort-based training programs at multiple credential levels • A credentialing and verification system for program completions • A professional community and networking platform for security leaders • A marketplace connecting security leaders with legal, insurance, and career resources • Pre-registration and founding member programs for early access to new offerings We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is intended for working professionals. We do not restrict access by geography, but you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. By pre-registering, you express interest in our platform and agree to receive communications about our launch and offerings. Pre-registration does not constitute a purchase or guarantee access to any specific program or pricing. Founding member pricing and benefits are offered at our discretion and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to adjust launch pricing and program structure before the platform goes live. We will provide advance notice of any material changes to pre-registered members.

All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount. All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. We may offer refunds at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed substantial course content. To request a refund, contact info@forcisos.com. For subscription-based access, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

All content on the Service — including course materials, videos, assessments, credentials, branding, software, and design — is owned by For CISOs LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial professional development. You may not: • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content without permission • Create derivative works based on our content • Sell, license, or otherwise commercialize access to our materials • Use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent Credentials issued by forcisos.com represent your completion of our programs. They may be displayed on professional profiles. They may not be altered or misrepresented.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications or identity • Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service using your account • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in assessments or enrollment • Harass, threaten, or harm other users or members of our community • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the platform • Attempt to circumvent security measures, authentication, or access controls • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful code • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the integrity of the Service Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

We expect all members to maintain the highest standards of professional integrity, including honesty in representing credentials and experience, respect for fellow community members, and responsible use of the network and resources made available through the platform. We reserve the right to remove users who engage in conduct that damages the reputation or integrity of the community, at our sole discretion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • Content is accurate, complete, or current • Completion of our programs will result in employment, promotion, or specific professional outcomes Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We provide education and credentials; we do not guarantee results.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOR CISOS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless For CISOs LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: • Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right • Any content or information you submit to the Service

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to the Service. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@forcisos.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email (if you have an account) and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
